The HiddenKitchen Park, located in the 3rd district, is Julia Kutas’ second branch of the café brand that she started in the 1st district in 2009. Here in the larger establishment, the emphasis is on fresh and healthy food, from organic and innovative salads to various hearty stews and soups. The stylish and minimalist interior still holds a warm and welcoming charm, while the hustle and bustle of the clientele (often local office workers grabbing a light lunch) prove its popular appeal. Distinctly an additive-free affair, Kutas makes an effort to keep things close to the source, bringing out natural flavors and only preparing a limited amount of each dish for any given day. The local favorite “Böses Mandel-Nougat Croissant” is often sold out before the end of the day.
